South Haven Lighthouse

Did you know the South Haven South Pierhead Light on Lake Michigan marks the entrance to the Black River? The Black River flows into Lake Michigan here. The light was established in 1872 as a white, wooden lighthouse and was replaced in 1903 by the current, red lighthouse which is still in operation in South Haven, Michigan.
