Grand Island East Channel Lighthouse
Have you ever seen this picturesque, Michigan lighthouse on Grand Island in Lake Superior? The Grand Island East Channel Lighthouse rests on private property in the Grand Island National Recreation Area and can be seen and photographed by boat and also by boat tours originating from nearby Munising, Michigan in the Upper Peninsula.
The Grand Island East Channel Lighthouse was opened in 1868 and was operational until the early part of the 1900’s.
