Ada Covered Bridge
Have you ever walked across a covered bridge? Ada Covered Bridge in Ada, Michigan is open for foot traffic. The historic bridge crosses the Thornapple River at Leonard Park on Thornapple River Drive near the softball field. Ada Covered Bridge was originally constructed in 1867 and is 125 feet long. It was restored and rededicated in 1980. Cars have not been allowed on the bridge since 1930.

Ada Covered Bridge is known as a Brown truss covered bridge and has diagonal beams.
